Ancient & Brave Collagen powder, when blended with a teaspoon of vanilla powder, creates a foamy mixture that remarkably tastes like marshmallows. This creates a delightful and enjoyable way to consume collagen.

  • Soak Cashews at room temperature for 2 hours or if pressed for time, 30 minutes in hot water.

Stir the agar agra flakes in with the water and allow to soak for 30 minutes.

Heat in a pot without stirring until boiling. Turn down to simmer until the flakes fully dissolve. (5-10 minutes). Stir occasionally. If it is drying out add a dash of water to keep the dissolving process going.

Drain cashews and add agave, coconut cream, vanilla, collagen and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Slowly stream in melted cacao butter (or melted coconut oil*) along with the dissolved Agar Agar and blend it up.

Serve into ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour.
