Conscious Good Vibes fills your life with positive energy. We are constantly researching and developing products to support you, currently our shop offers a range of six nourishing drinks. Our drinks are crafted to support the body gently and naturally, using time‑honoured ingredients and modern intention.
Through years of travel across more than 30 countries, I became deeply fascinated by people who heal themselves through food, ritual, and alternative therapies. Experiencing diverse food cultures and ancient traditions firsthand showed me that the Western approach isn’t always the only, or the best path to health.
I encountered countless stories of people reversing serious illness or restoring balance through a single food group, medicinal herb, or daily practice. These traditions have existed for thousands of years, yet they are often dismissed by modern medicine.
I’ve generally enjoyed good health and avoided regular medication, so leaving hospital after knee surgeries with a bag full of prescriptions was a turning point for me, especially when some medications were prescribed to counteract the side effects of others. It made me question how many people live their lives dependent on this cycle.
Through this, I learned that one size does not fit all when it comes to health and nutrition. Somewhere along the way, we lost the simple, intuitive habits that support long and healthy lives. They’ve been replaced with processed foods, quick fixes, and an overreliance on pharmaceuticals. Modern stress, toxic food and water, and a lack of self-care create imbalances that quietly affect so many of us.
These small but powerful realizations sparked a deeper desire to learn. I believe the planet provides exactly what we need because we come from the earth, and it holds the key to our healing.
This belief led me to study further and eventually to the Academy of Healing Nutrition.
At the Academy of Healing Nutrition, I completed comprehensive training in holistic health that bridged ancient wisdom with modern understanding. My studies covered Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, food energetics, seasonality, fermentation, macrobiotics, and longevity nutrition, alongside the deeper principles of bio‑individuality and constitutional health.
The program combined over 120 hours of lectures, hands‑on cook‑alongs, and a 500‑page holistic curriculum, exploring how food, herbs, lifestyle, emotions, and environment work together to create balance in the body. Training included practical skills such as preparing medicinal foods and tonics, working with seasonal ingredients, and understanding the energetic nature of nourishment, as well as learning how to support healing through daily rituals, mindfulness, and conscious living.
This immersive experience strengthened a core belief that still guides Conscious Good Vibes today:
