My hubby is my number one willing guinea pig through my learning and exploring. And the results have been evident.
After a really exhausting week, aswell as fighting off a stomach bug and a bit of a cold, I knew I needed to work my magic potions on him.

The tea has a calming and warm effect in the body, promoting relaxation. This allows the ingredients to be easily absorb by the body.

  • CHEN PI
    – Fortifies the spleen
    – Enhances digestion
    – Eliminates dampness
    – Improves abdominal distension
    CORDYCEPS FLOWER
    – Nourish lungs
    – Reduces fatigue
    – Improve sleep
    – Tonify kidneys and liver
    – Enhances immune system
    – Rich in anti-aging properties
    – Cough relief (it helps to moisten the throat)
    LICORICE
    – Cough
    – Digestive problems
    – Bacterial infections
    – Viral infections
    CHAMOMILE
    – Inflammation
    – Muscle spasms,
    – Insomnia
    – Gastrointestinal disorders
    – Rheumatic pain

  • Simmer in water for 30-40 minutes and serve
