1:1 Intensive Guided Program

A guided journey to reset your health, energy, and inner balance

Intro

The 13‑Week Seasonal Program is designed to support a gentle reset of both body and mind through simple daily rituals and positive habits.

This journey focuses on restoring energy, improving sleep, and creating a sense of calm within the nervous system.

Rooted in holistic, nature‑led principles, the program follows the rhythms of the seasons and the five elements. Through guided sessions and practical tools, you will learn how small, intentional changes in daily life can support long‑term wellbeing, balance, and resilience.

This is not about quick fixes. It is about creating sustainable shifts that help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and develop habits that support you well beyond the program.

About the program

This is a 13‑week guided journey made up of seven in‑depth sessions, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes.

Together, these sessions explore the foundations of wellbeing through food, water, breath, movement, and rest.

You will be supported with practical tools, reflection, and gentle accountability as you build habits that feel realistic and meaningful.
