Kick Start Cooler

It’s weird how we can have a distaste for foods because of its colour, when they can in fact taste way nicer than expected.

On a scorcher of a day this combo is a perfect pick me up kick starter and super refreshing. Cooling in the heat, balancing our alkaline levels and has medicinal plant herbs that come with vast amounts of benefits.

Blend up all of the below and enjoy in the sunshine or by the pool.

• Ingredients

  • 250ml Water

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mint

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple

  • 2 tsp Guarana

  • 1 tsp Matcha

  • 2 tsp Spirulina

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 cup Mango, passion fruit, coconut milk Ice Cream* (see below)

  • *ICE CREAM

  • 3 large bananas, chopped

  • 350g frozen mango, diced

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Pulp of 2 large passionfruit

• Directions

  Mix altogether and place in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until mixed and frozen.
